Duties:
Performs duties involving the processing and exploitation of intelligence information of semi-complex to complex in nature that are not susceptible to generally accepted methods. Presents SIGINT semi-complex to complex capabilities to service, national, and coalition customers within defined areas of responsibility. Serves as a functional expert on SIGINT processing and exploitation issues. Makes recommendations on operational matters used to initiate management actions to revise policy to commit Agency funds or resources. Accomplishes professional development and maintains technical proficiency through professional interaction with technical and professional societies, associations, academia, symposia, contractors, research and development organizations, and participation in formal training program.
