Role:
Associate Director / PAM Team Lead overseeing privileged access strategy, engineering, and governance within a global cybersecurity context. Develop and execute PAM roadmap aligned with Zero Trust principles.
Design and modernize privileged access solutions supporting cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
Lead a global engineering team, drive continuous improvement, evaluate new PAM technologies, and manage risk remediation.
Collaboration: partner with IAM product teams, cybersecurity, architecture, and stakeholders across functions.
Qualifications:
10+ years in cybersecurity or IAM, with at least 7 years specializing in Privileged Access Management.
Strong technical expertise in enterprise PAM platforms (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust), cloud identity, and multi-platform environments.
Experience leading security engineering teams and delivering solutions in large organizations.
Preferred Hands‑on experience with cloud identity services (Azure, AWS, GCP), Kubernetes, automation tools, and security standards such as NIST and ITIL.
Industry‑specific experience in regulated sectors like healthcare or life sciences is advantageous.
