Must-Haves:
Engineering degree, or 5+ years in maintenance or reliability in lieu of degree
2+ years leading a maintenance department
Lockout, PPE, and confined space safety expertise
Lean, planning and scheduling, and CapEx experience
What You'll Do: Lead site-wide maintenance, building a strong safety culture and team.
Drive asset reliability, shutdowns, and capital investments that hit ROI targets.
Set KPIs, manage budgets, and partner with operations on capacity and cost goals.
