Responsibilities:
Hourly Line Checks in Production area (up to 10 lines running simultaneously) Verify all labels and tags for accurate product description, formula number, batch number, item number, etc. Completing/ Verifying Production Paperwork. The Production Paperwork will include:- Packaging Filling Sheet- Line Clearance Inspection Sheet- Tare Weight Calculation Sheet- Shipper Label Sheet- Label Specimen Sheet- In-Process Packaging Inspection Sheet- Finished Goods Inspection Sheet- Work Order- Reconciliation Form- Finished Goods Completed SheetWork with QC lab to obtain bulk approvals Pull samples from production lines for final QC testing based on sampling plan Collect retain samples and store in correct location Record in logs accurately Follow GMP and safety guidelines Maintain a clean, organized work area
Qualifications
Required:
- Relevant experience preferred
- High school diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Attention to detail
- Basic math calculations
- Able to work well with other employees in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work Saturdays/extended hours when needed (flexible)
Physical Demands:
- Carrying, Lifting, Pushing, Pulling, Reaching
- Able lift, carry up to 20 lbs
- Standing, walking for extended periods of time
