About the Role:
The Company seeks a Senior Vice President of Enrollment to lead enrollment growth and build a scalable, high-performing organization. The role owns the student acquisition journey from initial inquiry through enrollment, including enrollment operations and support functions. Responsibilities include setting strategy, goals, forecasts, performance measures, and accountability practices; improving conversion, productivity, service quality, and the prospective student experience; and overseeing budgets, staffing, and resource allocation. The SVP will lead organizational development and transformation, including improvements to processes, technology, automation, and analytics, while partnering across functions to align enrollment efforts with institutional priorities. Candidates should have 15 or more years of relevant experience, including at least seven years leading large enrollment, admissions, or comparable acquisition teams, ideally in online higher education or a related environment. They should bring a record of achieving enrollment targets and improving funnel performance, productivity, and operating efficiency, along with experience leading training, quality, analytics, workforce planning, and enrollment operations. Strong skills in data-driven management, forecasting, CRM and student information systems, process improvement, and change leadership are required. The role also calls for executive-level communication, cross-functional collaboration, sound judgment, and a commitment to accessible, high-quality education; experience with AI, automation, and business intelligence tools is an advantage.
