Founders School is seeking an Elite Guide on the Programs Team to coach teens in Founders Nights and Weekends across cities. You will travel to run weekend events and Summer Programs, and own a piece of the program.
You'll build relationships, push students to milestones, and model AI-native entrepreneurship. This is a pure coaching seat; relocation support is available for non-local candidates in NYC, SF, Miami, Austin, or LA.
