Roofing Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities: Generate your own roofing sales leads through door knocking, referrals, networking, and community presence Work company-provided leads when available Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs, explain roofing options (including tile roofing systems), and close contracts Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process when applicable Take and upload job-site photos using AccuLynx software Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate with insurance adjusters, production teams, and internal staff Oversee roofing projects to ensure quality workmanship and on-site safety Conduct final inspections and collect payments upon job completion

Compensation: Commission-based position with uncapped earning potential Average annual earnings: $85,000- $120,000+

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Proven roofing sales experience required Hands-on experience with tile roofing systems required Demonstrated ability to self-generate leads and close deals independently Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working in the field Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
