Stepp's Towing & Heavy Transport is seeking Heavy-Duty Tow Truck Operators to join our team! Essential Functions:- Operate Heavy Tow Trucks, Rollbacks, and Service Trucks efficiently and safely
- Respond to Florida Traffic Incident Management Program calls and RISCWork safely at accident scenes, often in traffic and all-weather conditions
- Cooperate closely with law enforcement and other first responders
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers
- Operate GPS mapping devices
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
Physical Requirements:- Lifting, crawling, pulling, constant use of hands, bending, reaching, climbing

Qualifications:- Class A CDL with at least 2 years of verifiable experience
- Current DOT Medical CardProven heavy-duty towing experience preferred
- Mechanical knowledge a plus.
- Registered in the DOT Clearinghouse
- Clean driving record for the last 3 years
- Able to pass a background check and drug test
- Commission PayGraduated commission pay scale starting at 25% This pay structure should not be misconstrued as a salaried position.
- Schedule12-hour shifts - Monday to Friday On-Call every 3rd night and every 3rd weekend of the month
