We are hiring: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Growth & M&AImperial Event Rentals is seeking an accomplished, entrepreneurial CFO to help lead our next phase of growth. We are a fast growing Florida event-rental and logistics company serving event planners, venues, hotels, corporate clients, and private events. We have built a strong operating platform, extensive inventory, and large scale logistics capabilities. Now, we are looking for a strategic financial leader who can help us strengthen the business, expand into new markets, and acquire complementary companies. This is not a traditional accounting only CFO position. We are looking for a hands on executive who can partner directly with the CEO and leadership team to build a scalable organization and execute a disciplined acquisition strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and financial reporting
  • Build clear, reliable dashboards and KPIs for profitability, branch performance, sales, labor, fleet, inventory, and project margins
  • Develop banking, lending, and capital-structure relationships to support growth and acquisitions
  • Evaluate acquisition opportunities, including valuation, financial modeling, due diligence, deal structure, and financing
  • Lead financial integration after acquisitions, including reporting, systems, controls, and performance improvement
  • Strengthen accounting processes, internal controls, and multi-entity reporting
  • Help develop the management team, operating plan, and long-term value-creation strategy
  • The ideal candidate has:
  • Prior CFO, VP Finance, or senior finance leadership experience in a growing, multi-location business
  • Demonstrated mergers-and-acquisitions experience, including completed transactions—not only advisory work
  • Experience with acquisition financing, lenders, working capital, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration
  • Strong financial-modeling, operational-analysis, and leadership skills
  • A practical, ownership-minded approach and willingness to work closely with the operating team
  • Experience in equipment rental, construction, distribution, logistics, hospitality, or another asset-intensive service business is a plus
