Youth Ministry Director – Shepherding Next Gen

Church of the Outer Banks is seeking a dedicated Youth Pastor/Youth Ministry Director to shepherd middle and high school students, partnering with families and volunteers to build a gospel-centered culture. You will lead weekly gatherings, mentor students, and shape curriculum within a four-movement discipleship path. We value spiritual maturity, 2+ years in youth ministry, and the ability to teach the Bible engagingly.
