Transportation AideThe Board of Education of the Orangeville CUSD #203 is accepting immediate applications for the position of Transportation Aide. The transportation aide will ride the bus in the AM and/or PM to help with student and driver safety. The hours are approximately 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. for the AM route and to 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. for the afternoon route. Aides are guaranteed a minimum of 1 1/2 hours of pay per route on student attendance days (176 days) and on in-service training days as required. Bilingual speaking ability is a plus. Benefits include paid time off for sick days and personal leave. Hourly beginning rate is $16 per hour.
Qualifications:
60 college credits or passing the paraprofessional licensure exam within three months of hire.
