This is not an admin role. This is a production‑based sales position with training, mentorship, and a path to becoming a licensed Loan Officer.
What You’ll Do: Work Zillow & Realtor.com trigger leads
Call and convert digital leads
Take full mortgage applications over the phone
Work directly under senior producing leadership
Follow files through to closing

Compensation
$25,000–$38,000 base salary (based on experience & schedule)
Bonuses on funded loans generated
