Counter Sales / Inside Sales Representative Farmingdale, NJWe’re looking for a motivated Counter Sales / Inside Sales professional who understands the plumbing industry, enjoys building customer relationships, and wants to grow with a company investing heavily in expansion across the region. This is more than a counter role — we want someone who can support walk-in customers, grow existing accounts, generate inside sales opportunities, and become a trusted resource for contractors, plumbers, and trade professionals.

What We’re Looking For:- Strong plumbing product knowledge requiredHVAC knowledge preferred (or willingness to learn)
- Wholesale distribution experience strongly preferred
- Previous counter sales, inside sales, or contractor supply experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced branch environment
- Motivated sales mindset with relationship-building ability
