Key Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver the overall project plan from initiation to BAU for assigned markets (Spain/LATAM).Define and manage field testing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Provide regular project updates, monthly progress reports, and escalate blockers to senior leadership as needed.
- Drive and support remediation efforts to meet acceptance targets:90% acceptance within 90 days 95% acceptance within 6 months
- Transition market to BAU monitoring once remediation targets are achieved.
- Proactively identify merchant testing needs thorough market analysis and data insights.
- Maintain and regularly update merchant test lists
- Maintain consistent communication with internal stakeholders to stay aligned with market trends and project progress.
- Resolve business and technical issues effectively, navigating complex internal structures with strong leadership.
