- Ensure compliance with FRA standards and company safety expectations.
- Manage track inspections, repair programs, rail replacement, and capital projects.
- Coordinate contractors, railroad operations, and public agencies.
- Investigate incidents and drive continuous improvement.
- Control costs, manage resources, and keep projects on schedule.
- WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR5+ years of railroad track maintenance experience.
- Strong knowledge of FRA track standards and railroad operations.
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead crews in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
