Picture a brand new, restaurant-grade kitchen in a private Las Vegas home, run with the precision and rhythm of a fine restaurant. A warm, food-loving family is looking for an Executive Chef to lead it. Their favorites are Italian, Mediterranean, and classic American cuisine, made with the very best ingredients, so they want a chef who takes real pride in sourcing. As Executive Chef, you will lead an established team of two chefs and oversee the full culinary operation of the household. The food is refined but never overly formal: flavorful, beautifully prepared dishes the family looks forward to every day. Above all, this family wants a long-term partner who will grow with them. They believe in investing in their chef and would love to send you to top restaurants around the world for two weeks at a time to refine your craft and bring new inspiration home.

Develop original menus, recreate restaurant-inspired dishes, and follow family recipes and direction
Own all kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory, pars, labeling, food rotation, and vendor relationships
Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout the day
