Senior ML Engineer — NYC Onsite, Production-Driven AI

Alliance in NYC is seeking a Senior ML Engineer to own applied ML end-to-end. You will translate loosely defined problems into datasets, experiments, and production systems, shaping features and models with a focus on reliability and trust. You’ll build production-grade Python pipelines, advance LLM-related capabilities, and work directly with stakeholders to determine what’s worth building. This role reports to the CTO and requires onsite NYC presence.
