Sales Representative

What You’ll Do: Help customers find the right flooring solution and turn opportunities into sales. Meet with customers, uncover their needs, and make confident recommendations. Build your pipeline, follow up relentlessly, and move opportunities toward the close. Ask for the sale and overcome objections with confidence. Build relationships that create repeat business, referrals, and new opportunities. Own the customer from the first conversation through the sale and follow-up. Use your sales skills and product knowledge to sell solutions—not just products or price. Consistently hit and exceed your sales goals. Keep the showroom ready to impress customers and support the sales process. Process orders accurately and help with store operations when needed.

What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED. 1–3 years of sales experience Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills. Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a bonus.
