Franchise Growth & Operations Leader

Paris Baguette North America seeks a Franchise Business Consultant to maximize district revenue and cash flow through people, processes and planning. You will lead a guest experience program and guide district leadership to restore the bakery café as the community's heart. The role requires strategic planning, talent development, and ensuring store standards, while partnering with owners/GMs on sales, marketing and operational excellence across a geographically diverse portfolio.
