Job Description: 5+ years in full cycle recruitment including sourcing, candidate assessment, and consulting with stakeholders for corporate or agency recruiting; Manage job postings and requisitions, coordinate candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process, and track hiring progress. Run weekly and monthly reports on posting to ensure a timely turn around on filling positions. Find and attend external job fairs and hiring events Work with Universities/Colleges and department leaders on managing their student internship, Residents and fellowship pool.
