What We’re Looking For:- Significant experience in Tax and Tax Controversy mattersERC and R&D Tax Credit experience
- Strong background in Tax Litigation (ERC litigation experience is a plus)
- Ability to lead cases, manage client relationships, and mentor junior attorneys
- A proactive problem-solver with excellent advocacy skills
