Description:
Residential Counselor – O'Hare CILAA CILA (Community Integrated Living Arrangement) is a group home style living arrangement for adults aged 18 and older living with developmental disabilities. Clearbrook currently has 50+ CILA homes around the Chicago area, each one housing 1-8 clients each. Clearbrook is committed to being a leader in creating innovative opportunities, services, and supports for people with disabilities.
Location:
Hoffman Estates, IL Hours : Full Time Schedule : Monday-Friday 2:30pm-9:30pm (35hrs)
Pay: $21.35/hr + Paid Training!
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the direct provision of active treatment to the clients including training and assistance in all areas addressed in the individual program plans of the clients to whom she/he is assigned.
Teach and provide the support necessary for the individual's use of community resources.
Assist clients with daily living activities including (but not limited to) personal hygiene, feeding & housekeeping.
Assist clients in all areas of social and recreational program activities for the day.
Qualifications
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license required
- Must be 21 years of age Full-Time Benefits Package
