Virgin Galactic is seeking a Sr. Manager, Benefits to design and execute our employee benefits strategy in a hybrid Tustin, CA office.
You will lead plan design across health, dental, vision, retirement, and ESPP, while benchmarking against peers to keep offerings competitive and cost-effective. You will manage brokers and carriers, drive the renewal process, and ensure compliance with ACA/ERISA, FMLA, CFRA, and other regulations.
