US Card Collections & Operations Leader

Citi seeks an accomplished leader to head US Consumer Cards (USCC) Collections Operations, overseeing 2,500+ FTE across the US, Canada, and international vendors. The role drives end-to-end strategy, customer experience, and cost efficiency while advancing AI and analytics to improve loss performance. The candidate will partner with Risk, Analytics, Technology, and Finance to deliver scalable, compliant operations and superior colleague productivity in a global footprint.
