The Role:

This is a hands on role with PTI test machines and tooling, their will be a primary focus on product and system quality. A Quality Leader will possess a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for developing high-performing quality teams. You are responsible for driving the strategy, managing and leading a team of diverse employees, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Management:
- Lead and mentor quality personnel, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture, grow each individual and the team.
- Provide technical guidance and support, promoting continuous learning and development, incorporating education into growth plans
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members including monthly 1 to 1’s and annual reviews.
- Product and System Quality:
- Drive incoming inspection, calibration and Final Mile to deliver world class quality components, products and systems.
- Add or modify existing quality checks to ensure PTI quality is industry leading
- Champion and foster accountability amongst the team and PTIDrive PTI to have the best brand reputation in the industry
- Technical Expertise:
- Educate yourself with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Drive the adoption of modern quality practices and tools.
- Ensure the quality, scalability, and reliability of the quality team output.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of quality projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time
- Act as a liaison between the quality team and other departments.
- Communicate project status, challenges, and opportunities to stakeholders.
- Foster 2 way working relationships with cross-functional teams.

Experience:
Minimum 5 years is a Quality Role with at least 2 years in a Leadership role. Familiarity with OSHA, ISO and Quality Management Systems required.
