APPLY NOWBlack Diamond Roofing & Construction, Inc. (BDRC) is a roofing and general construction company serving the Tri-Cities from Richland, Washington. We're hiring a Front Office, Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to be the first voice and first face of our company. This is a hub role. Every inbound lead starts with you: you answer the call, enter it in our CRM, and book the inspection with the right estimator. You'll also help grow our brand through social media, our Google Business Profile, and our website.
What you'll do:
- Answer and route inbound calls, and book appointments on the first call whenever possible
- Welcome walk-in customers and handle front-desk payments and paperwork
- Own day-to-day CRM management (JobNimbus/AccuLynx): lead entry, lead sources, data quality, and weekly reporting
- Manage estimator calendars, confirmations, reminders, and reschedules
- Plan and post social content, maintain our Google Business Profile, request customer reviews, and make basic website updates
- Support local marketing events, sponsorships, and home shows What you bring
- 2+ years in reception, front desk, customer service, scheduling, or office coordination
- Excellent phone presence and a calm, professional manner
- CRM or scheduling system experience, plus strong Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 skills
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and clear writing
- Valid driver's license for occasional job-site visits
- Preferred: construction or home-services CRM experience, business social media experience, Canva, WordPress/Squarespace/Wix, bilingual English/Spanish Compensation & schedule
- $19–$22 per hour, depending on experience; overtime at 1.5x for hours over 40
- Some paid holidays and Washington paid sick leave; paid weekly on Fridays
- Full-time, on-site, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with occasional extended hours during storm events
