McAngus Goudelock & Courie LLC is seeking an experienced Closing Paralegal to join our Real Estate team in Columbia. The role targets 3-5 years in real estate or a strong interest in real estate law, with a paralegal certificate (ABA approved) and/or bachelor’s degree preferred. A SC Notary certificate is required.
The successful candidate will be detail oriented and capable of contributing to our results-driven practice, supporting a range of closing-related tasks and client services.
