To support the Talent Development team, the full-time Senior Learning Experience Designer will design engaging learning experiences across various formats, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance employee capability and performance management in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end learning experience design by translating business and learner needs into engaging learning journeys
Develop high-quality, accessible learning content using adult learning principles and digital authoring tools
Evaluate and improve learning solutions based on feedback and engagement data, applying evaluation modelsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in adult learning, instructional design, education, or a related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in learning experience design or related fields
A portfolio demonstrating the design of adult learning across multiple formats
Demonstrated knowledge of instructional design and inclusive design practices
Experience using learning management platforms and digital authoring tools
