Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with clinical standards
Mentor and support professional development of clinical staff
Qualifications:
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified in Family Medicine
Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience in primary care
Previous leadership or administrative experience preferred
Active Connecticut medical license (not willing to license)
