VP Mortgage Operations HybridOur client is seeking an experienced mortgage operations executive to lead its residential mortgage function. This position will own departmental performance, guide lending strategy, and oversee a well-established mortgage operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct mortgage production, operations, and servicing activities.
Lead pricing, product, and portfolio strategies.
Manage secondary market execution and investor relationships.
Evaluate pipeline performance, rates, liquidity, and market conditions.
Improve operational efficiency and identify opportunities for growth.
Build, mentor, and manage the mortgage lending team.
Partner with executive leadership on financial, risk, and business initiatives.
Maintain strong regulatory and lending standards.
Qualifications:
Significant residential mortgage leadership experience.
Strong background in secondary markets and mortgage operations.
Knowledge of pricing, underwriting, loan sales, and portfolio management.
Experience with agency or correspondent lending.
Proven team leadership and strong analytical skills.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
