Given your persuasive skills and strategic mindset, you will first complete our training program. Then see how our expert reps close deals. Our hands-on training lets you partner with established pros and learn to close deals fast. After training, you will continue to receive support and encouragement from your team and mentor whenever you need them.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you are guaranteed a steady paycheck from the moment you start training. Responsibilities:
- Educate and sell Katzkin products to interested consumers using phone, text, chat, and email
- Guide consumers through product discovery and learning
- Understand customer needs and provide consultative solutions
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls, chats, and texts
- Maintain correct records in systems like Salesforce and FormsDecide precise pricing based on product and customization
- Work nights and/or weekends as needed

- What we provide to you$17 hourly base pay plus commission. Average rep pay is $32 per hour, with upper ranges at $60+ per hour
