Skilled Woodworker Handcrafted Doors & Joinery

RealCraft is seeking an experienced woodworker to craft high-quality solid wood doors and hardware at our Gig Harbor shop. You will operate woodworking machinery and hand tools, assemble, sand, and prepare products for finishing, and collaborate with the production team to meet client deadlines. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of woodworking experience, is detail‑oriented and reliable, and holds a high school diploma or GED.
