Senior Economist, Education & Future of Work

Lightcast is seeking a Principal Economist to lead high-impact labor market research and shape education, workforce development, and AI impact studies. You will translate complex data into strategic insights, represent Lightcast publicly, and guide partnerships with universities, government agencies, and industry groups. You will own a multi-year research agenda, collaborate with product and GTM teams, and balance rigorous analytics with public influence to drive commercial impact.
