Job Summary:
Help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. As a valued member of our Environmental Services team, you’ll maintain assigned areas of the facility in a sanitary, organized, and inviting condition—making a real difference in the everyday lives of those we serve.
Key Responsibilities:- Follow daily cleaning schedules and instructions with efficiency and attention to detail
- Clean and maintain resident rooms, restrooms, common areas, and dining spaces
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect surfaces to meet hygiene and safety standards
- Stock paper products and supplies throughout the facility
- Maintain and care for housekeeping tools and equipment
- Support other departments when needed—teamwork makes the dream work!
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and staff
- Report any safety concerns or hazards promptly
- Follow all infection control protocols and comply with state/federal regulations
- Demonstrate pride in your work and a positive, professional attitude
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to bend, stoop, stand, and squat for extended periods Able to lift light to moderate items as needed
