Join our bakery team at Bavarian Inn Restaurant and help create the pies and pastries our guests come back for year after year. We're looking for a skilled pie and pastry baker who takes pride in consistency, quality, and working in a fast-paced, high-volume bakery.
What You'll Do:- Prepare from-scratch pies, fruit fillings, crusts, and dessert bars
- Work with doughs for items like strudels, butterhorns, and pastries
- Follow and adjust recipes based on daily production needs
- Use commercial bakery equipment including mixers, ovens, and pie presses
- Slice, package and prepare finished items for guest sale.
What We're Looking For:- Experience with pie production, pastry baking, or scratch baking
- Comfortable working with doughs, fillings, and high-volume production
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to stand for full shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a warm bakery environment
- Strong math skills for measurements and scaling
