Forklift OperatorAs a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely moving stock within the warehouse. This includes loading and unloading shipments, staging materials, and operating various types of powered industrial trucks (PIT), such as: Stand-up and sit-down forkliftsClamp trucksElectric pallet jacksReach trucksKey responsibilities include: Operating forklifts and other MHE (Material Handling Equipment) 80% of the shiftLoading, unloading, moving, and staging products and materialsPulling and preparing products for shipment, ensuring accuracyMaintaining inventory records and assisting with cycle countsPerforming daily equipment inspections and reporting issuesComplying with OSHA and safety standardsMaintaining a clean and organized workspaceAssisting with physical inventories and other warehouse duties as neededQualifications include: Minimum 6 months of experience operating forklifts or MHEExperience with stand-up equipment and driving in reverse is preferredFamiliarity with WMS systems (e.g., SAP, JDA, Blue Yonder) is a plusHigh school diploma or GED preferredAbility to lift up to 35 lbs and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
