Job Responsibilities:
Ensure functional and aesthetic quality of assembled products.
Match sequentially numbered units with proper paperwork.
Perform in-line process and QC checks, complete QC check sheets
in the preparation and follow Manufacturing Instructions (MI's).Read and understand simple blueprints, diagrams, and measuring devices.
Meet daily production requirements by pre-established production standards.
Perform basic computer functions, including printing barcodes for finished products.
Communicate inventory discrepancies to prevent work cell shortages.
Lift/move up to 51 lbs.
Continuous lifting and bending.
Frequent pushing, pulling, twisting, stooping, squatting, reaching (forward, backward, overhead), grasping, and repetitive movements.
