Assignment: 3-4 Months, with potential for full-time employment
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX
Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: $38-$45/hour, depending on experience
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager for an immediate 3 to 4-month assignment. This position has the potential to transition into a permanent, full-time role based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities:- Manage daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse employees
- Maintain inventory and order accuracy
- Coordinate inbound and outbound freight
- Maintain warehouse organization, productivity, and safety
- Utilize ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Excel
- Identify and resolve operational issues
Qualifications:- 5+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Dependable, hands-on self-starter able to hit the ground running
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with ERP/WMS and inventory management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Experience coordinating LTL, parcel, and freight shipments
- Forklift experience or certification
- Background in manufacturing, industrial distribution, or customized products
- Experience improving warehouse processes, productivity, or inventory accuracy
