Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related fieldMLS(ASCP) or MT(ASCP) certification (required)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Microbiology
- Strong technical expertise and knowledge of microbiology procedures and quality standards
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily microbiology operations and ensure quality performance standards
- Serve as a technical resource for laboratory staff
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
