Executive Director of Executive Education

About the Role: The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Executive Education to set the strategy and lead the growth and overall success of a newly launched initiative. Responsibilities include developing new business, securing corporate and government clients, building strategic partnerships, and growing custom and open-enrollment programs. The Executive Director will manage the sales pipeline, negotiate engagement terms, and work with faculty and subject matter experts to design and deliver programs that meet client needs. The role also oversees budgets, staff, recruiting, marketing coordination, program execution, and evaluation, while identifying new offerings and opportunities for continued growth. Candidates should have a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales or revenue targets, along with expertise in consultative selling, client acquisition, and designing and implementing executive education programs. Strong relationship-building, business and financial acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage competing priorities and develop staff are essential. A bachelor's degree with at least 12 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with at least 10 years, is required, along with a minimum of five years directing programs and supervising staff. Experience building a business development function or program from the ground up is preferred.
