Position Summary: The Head of Retail Sales, North America is the company's first North America sales hire and will build Feasto's store retail business. This is a builder role for a self-driven, ambitious sales leader. The position owns channel strategy and go-to-market planning, sells directly to major national retailers, and develops a distributor and rep network for regional and independent retailers.

Why Join: Own the full store channel, not one account: set the strategy, retailer sequence, assortment and pricing. Get decisions made directly: work with the GM, CEO, VP of Channels and Head of Account Management on pricing, programs and new items, with decision authority for your accounts in the US. Shape the product line: bring buyer feedback straight to our Atlanta R&D team and overseas supply chain team. Walk into line reviews with proof: a product line with triple-digit annual online growth and real sales history. Build the team: as the first hire, help hire and lead the North America sales team as the channel grows. Earn more as the business grows: move to uncapped commission after the first 18 months.

Key Responsibilities: Develop the US store retail plan, including target retailers, sequencing, assortment, price tiers and margin targets. Sell directly to national retailers such as The Home Depot, Lowe's, Walmart, Sam's Club, Costco and Tractor Supply, from line reviews and program negotiations through forecasting, replenishment and sell-through. Recruit, contract and manage distributors and rep groups for regional chains, independent dealers and specialty BBQ retailers. Partner with the Atlanta product team and the Ningbo accounts team on direct import and domestic programs. Own revenue, gross margin and trade spend for the store channel. Bring buyer and market feedback to the Atlanta R&D team to shape new items for each retailer. Represent Feasto at industry trade shows.

Qualifications: Required 10+ years in US retail sales for a consumer products supplier, including 5+ years managing a big-box account. Proven record of placing and growing new items through line reviews in outdoor cooking, lawn and garden, outdoor power, patio, tools or related hardlines. Strong channel judgment, including when to sell direct versus through distributors and how to sequence retailers. Demonstrated ability to work independently without a large support team. Preferred Experience with a Chinese- or Asian-owned supplier (Chinese language not required). Experience building or managing distributor and rep networks. Prior experience as a retail buyer, merchant or sourcing manager.

Base salary: $140,000–$180,000, depending on experience and fit First 18 months: milestone-based bonus of 20–30% of base, tied to programs won, distributor coverage, net sales and gross margin After 18 months: base salary plus uncapped commission on net sales in assigned accounts, so earnings grow with the channel you build Benefits: health insurance, paid time off and national holidays, home office setup, and travel and trade show budget

How to Apply: Apply through LinkedIn or send your resume to with a brief summary of the retail accounts you have managed and a program you took from line review to shelf. Global Outdoors Group is an equal opportunity employer. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
