Beach Pea Baking Co. in Kittery, Maine, is hiring an experienced morning bread baker to join our retail bakery team. We want someone who can work mornings, bake high-quality bread, and contribute to a small, friendly team.
Candidates should have commercial baking experience and be familiar with laminated dough, hand shaping, bakers' percentages, and the use of commercial spiral mixers. Weekend shifts are required.
