Revenue Cycle Operations Manager – Remote

Remote | 10% Travel Salary: $75K–$85K DOE Bonus: 10%Our client is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Operations Manager to oversee revenue cycle performance, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic initiatives within an established specialty healthcare organization.
Qualifications & Responsibilities:
Minimum 5 years of ophthalmology revenue cycle experience.
Retina experience required.
Strong understanding of medical billing, coding, reimbursement, and revenue cycle operations.
Experience managing RCM performance, identifying process improvements, and supporting operational initiatives.
Knowledge of EHR/PM systems and healthcare analytics or reporting tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Billing or coding certification preferred, but not required.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Availability for approximately 10% travel.
