Addison, IL 60101 Company: Flowserve Pay Rate: Starting at $22.50/hr Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM 11:00 PM) | 1st Shift training for first ~2 weeks Hours: 40 hrs/week + Overtime as needed
Job Summary:
Flowserve is seeking dependable individuals to support manufacturing operations in Addison, IL. This hands-on role assists with material movement, assembly, CNC machining, and shipping/receiving in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Move, stage, load, and unload materials to supply production lines.
Assist team leads across Assembly, CNC Machining, Maintenance, and Shipping & Receiving.
Track inventory movement and operate material-handling equipment (as trained).Follow all verbal/written instructions and plant safety protocols.
Requirements:
Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/move for the duration of the shift.
Good English communication skills (verbal and written).Dependable, safety-minded, and willing to work overtime when needed.
