The Role:
We are hiring an ITAD Buyer to find and bring in low cost systems. Your job is to source used and retired IT hardware at prices that leave room for strong margins, and to build repeatable supply relationships so the equipment keeps coming.
What You Will Do:- Identify and develop supply sources for used IT hardware: corporations, data centers, leasing companies, MSPs, resellers, and auctions
- Evaluate equipment lists and lots, estimate recovery value, and buy at the right price
- Negotiate pricing and terms on purchases
- Coordinate with our warehouse and logistics team to get equipment received and processed
- Build long-term relationships that turn one-time buys into steady supply
- What You Bring
- Experience buying or selling used IT hardware (ITAD, resale, or brokerage)
- Working knowledge of hardware values: servers, laptops, desktops, networking equipment
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter who hunts for deals and follows through
