Director of Real Estate Development & Growth

Circle K is seeking a Director to lead the North America Real Estate Development team in Tempe, AZ. You will drive site identification, evaluations, and store openings while coordinating with operations, marketing, and construction teams to execute on our growth strategy. You will manage a team of Development Managers, oversee budgets, and interface with third‑party partners to secure entitlements and permits across North America. This role requires strategic leadership and travel up to 50%.
