What You Will Do: As a Thermoforming Operator, you will operate a thermoforming press to form and die-cut plastic into blisters while maintaining quality and production standards. Operate the thermoforming press to form and die-cut plastic into blisters. Monitor equipment and production processes to ensure products meet quality standards. Inspect finished products for defects and proper specifications. Make adjustments to equipment as needed during production. Follow all company safety rules and production procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work collaboratively with the team to meet production and quality goals.
