Mandatory Requirements:
At least one valid Epic module certification is required.
Hands-on experience in at least one of the listed Epic modules.
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and Epic application functionality.
Experience with Epic implementation, upgrades, optimization, or production support is preferred.
Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with clinical teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams.

Epic Cadence / Prelude – Appointment scheduling, registration, patient intake, and front-end revenue cycle workflows.
Epic ADT / Grand Central – Admission, discharge, transfer, patient movement, bed management, and hospital operations.
Epic ClinDoc / Orders / Stork – Inpatient clinical documentation, order management, and obstetrics workflows.
Epic Hospital Billing (HB) – Hospital billing, claims processing, reimbursement, and revenue cycle workflows.
Epic OpTime / Anesthesia – Surgical scheduling, operating room management, perioperative workflows, and anesthesia documentation.
Epic Radiant – Radiology workflows, imaging orders, scheduling, and diagnostic imaging management.
Epic Beaker / MLAB / WellSky / DI – Laboratory information systems, lab workflows, diagnostic integration, and related clinical system support, depending on the specific application.
Epic Security – User access management, security configuration, role-based permissions, and access controls.
