APPLY NOWTo support remote legal depositions, the part-time hourly Remote Legal Guardian will prepare case materials, manage live proceedings, assist participants, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure timely delivery of accurate transcripts.
Key responsibilities:
Review case materials and research terminology ahead of depositions
Host and manage remote legal proceedings via Zoom or similar platforms
Monitor live depositions and ensure accurate transcription and certification of documentsRequired qualificationsStrong technical proficiency with video conferencing tools, particularly Zoom
Experience in legal support, court reporting, or similar is a plus
Ability to remain composed and professional in high-attention settings
Comfortable working in an on-call, variable schedule environment
Notary Public commission is a plus
