About the Role:
As a Behavioral Health RN, you'll assess patient needs, implement care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families. You'll help ensure a safe, compliant, and healing environment for all.
Responsibilities:- Deliver care in accordance with nursing standards and facility policies
- Monitor patient status and communicate changes to providers
- Administer and document medications accurately
- Maintain compliance with all licensing and accreditation standards
- Use universal precautions and support de-escalation protocols
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program Active RN license in Missouri
Preferred:
